Where are trips available or planned?
Our most established location is Hope Mountain in the Dominican Republic. We're also exploring a possible 2027 trip to Jamaica with a local pastor, and an early relationship in Eswatini that may lead to future opportunities. See our Global Partnerships page for the latest on each.
What do service teams actually do?
Depending on the trip, teams support community projects, church-based events, education and nutrition initiatives, or the day-to-day upkeep and hosting needs at Hope Mountain. Every team's specific tasks are shaped alongside the local partner leading that work.
Who can join a mission trip?
Most trips welcome individuals, families, and church or school groups. Some trips have age or health-related considerations depending on location and activity level, which we'll walk through with you individually.
How are teams prepared?
Before departure, teams receive orientation covering logistics, cultural expectations, safety, and the specific goals of that trip, so everyone arrives ready to serve well alongside our local partners.

Teams traveling to the Dominican Republic typically stay at Hope Mountain with simple lodging. Most trips run about a week, though this varies by destination and the needs of the partner we're serving alongside.

We ask partner churches and local leaders to help define the team's tasks in advance, provide honest feedback throughout, and treat the visiting team as true partners in the work rather than short-term guests.
